In the event no enquiry has been made in this matter then it shall be deemed as your acceptance and understanding of our terms and conditions and the following shall apply.

1. There is NO refund on any products downloaded direct from your computer via a link provided by any web site run by us.

2. The only physical products delivered, other than downloads are either in the form of a disk or a printed manual.
A refund will only apply on delivered goods that are found to be damaged on arrival. Once goods have been opened they will be deemed to have been accepted.

3. In the rare event that the goods, namely the disks or printed manual are damaged and a replacement cannot be provided in the form of a download or the purchaser deems the goods supplied do not match the description detailed on the website from which the goods were purchased the following conditions shall apply:

A. In the event of the former incident occurring the purchaser/investor will be given the option of receiving the download PDF version or a replacement disk which will be supplied upon safe return of the damaged disk being received by snsproseedsteck.com (or snm4u.com)

B. In the latter case confirmation will be required from an independent approved source such as a solicitor, Trade Authority or other reputable outside source, upon receipt of which by snm4u.com a full refund shall be made.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned which are NOT covered by any additional guarantee must be returned within the statutory 7 day cooling off period and must be returned unopened. (with all seals and shrink-wraps intact) Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item minus any postage and handling fees incurred by your decision to place the original order.
